After leaving work to spend more time with her young son Ethan, Tracy decided it was time to start her own business, she pursued to improve her skills and followed the advice of her husband Nigel, to do a course on in silk-screening and t-shirt printing. Tracy went on a course with Macquip and Screenwise, which she passed and started printing and manufacturing giftboxes. Gradually the business grew, and she had to acquire more machinery and staff to cope with production.
